Single grade serial, 3 grades serial, vertical serial, it can meet the requirements of different users, different working conditions, different requirement of the emulsification, homogenization process, and the requirements of different output of the meterial. It has the following characteristics:
- It has the ability of continuous mass production, no dead angle, meterial diameter narrower distribution, grinding uniform, easy to operate and can realize automatic operation.
- Compact structure, simple installation, small footprint, stable operation and low noise.
- It’s transmission adopts cantilever type in working cavity, it can be axial feed and radial discharge.
- It is suitable for high temperature, high viscosity, high flow, such as modified asphalt, emulsified asphalt, pulp dispersion, plastic, rubber, environmental protection and so on.
- Optional sealing forms: hard internal mechanical seal, external two-sides hard mechanical seal, metal corrugated hard mechanical seal, product standard made in Germany.
- Storage tank can be used for continous tandem process and cycle process, this design ensures that all materials which entering into the mixing container must be first through the precisely matched stator and rotor before exiting. The extraction capacity is large enough that it no need an auxiliary pump to pump the material up and down. Special single or double mechanical seals are used in a strong process.
